    • Discuss website redevelopment and its role in community building and PAC contribution awareness. Three primary topics: Content contribution, PAC constitution and Contacts. This will be an introduction to issues rather than full scale discussion.

Content contribution:

  • Would like to add a ‘school grounds’ section w/ content contributions – Valerie – re: garden? Other PAC members re: funding for benches and bike racks. Other school ground initiatives
  • Would like other PAC & Parents to contribute posts. Sending written content to PAC communications and creating content authoring privileges with workflow (review) before publishing.

PAC constitution:

  • Would like to publish it on website for public reference/awareness

PAC contacts

  • Researching ways to improve communication. Adding email contacts to PAC exec leaders as per role. ie: Fundraising, Volunteer Co-ordinator, Communications…

Update: adding more content to Volunteer section to assist with Carnival efforts.

    • CARNIVAL
      • LOCATION: John Norquay Elementary School – Outside gravel field.
      • DATE: Thursday, 21 May, 2015 TIME: 3pm – 6pm RAIN DATE/LOCATION: Same day – Inside
      • TARGET ATTENDEES: 900 – 1000
      • GOAL: Community building!!!
    • PEDALHEADS – The proposed dates for pedalheads for this Spring are the week of April 20th to the week of May 22nd (for a total of 5 weeks.The camp would go from 3:30-5:30 PM). We need a minimum number of kids registered to run the program so please email norquaypacteam@gmail.com with your interest!
